This study aimed to provide proof-of-concept that multi-receptor antagonist peptides can be generated by covalently linking independent antagonist peptides that block calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) or pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating peptide (PACAP)/vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) (PACAP) activity.
