Abstract

Proxelan® and antibiotics combined therapy was successfully previously used in the treatment of symptoms of patients with chronic prostatitis. Aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of Proxelan® monotherapy on pain symptoms of patients with chronic prostatitis (CP) or chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS) in a prospective pilot study.
