Qualification on completion: MSc in Pain Science and Practice
Pre-requisite qualifications: A good honours degree in a health related subject (eg. Medicine/Dentistry, Nursing, Psychology Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy). If not a graduate, a recognised qualification or equivalent professional experience which is approved by this university as being a suitable alternative to a primary degree may be considered.
Intended Participants (Discipline): Multidisciplinary, open to students from any health discipline
Format (online, face to face, blended): Face to Face teaching
Length (hours per week, number of weeks, or years): 2 years part-time; 4 modules per year.
Evaluation - Format (exams, assignments, participation, combination): Each module is assessed by a combination of methods and may include written exams, reflective portfolio, essay, case studies and presentation linked to specific learning outcomes for that module.
