Abstract
Inverse associations between systemic inflammation and cholesterol (‘the lipid paradox’) have been reported in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and, in established axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA), but little is known about this relationship in early axSpA, which is the focus of the present study.
