Abstract

Middle meningeal artery embolization (MMAE) is an effective minimally invasive treatment for chronic subdural hematomas (cSDH). The authors investigated outcomes of primary, adjunct, and rescue MMAE and primary surgery for the treatment of cSDH using a large-scale national database.
