Two postdoctoral positions are available to investigate neural circuit mechanisms and/or gut-brain crosstalk for chronic pain and pain modulation. The positions are supported by NIH R01 and other grants. Experience in neuroscience research is a prerequisite. Strong background and skills in neural circuit analysis and/or microbiome study are desirable. Hands-on experience in pain research is a plus.
The laboratory is located in the Dallas campus of Texas A&M University. The postdoc fellow will be offered competitive salary and fringe benefits as per Texas A&M University policy.
