Abstract
Psoriasis vulgaris (PV) is a chronic skin inflammatory disease and characterized by aberrant epidermal hyperplasia. The molecule eukaryotic initiation factor (eIF) 4E controls translation initiation of certain protein synthesis and determines cell cycle or differentiation fate.
