Knee osteoarthritis (KOA), predominantly affecting middle-aged and elderly populations, induces localized joint pain and functional impairment. It was to evaluate the effectiveness of acupotomy bone decompression (ABD) combined with sodium hyaluronate (SH) intra-articular injection on inflammatory responses in treating KOA.
