Abstract
Neuropathic pain presents a significant clinical challenge, with spinal cord epigenetic mechanisms playing a critical role in its development. This study investigated the impact of nerve injury on the Barrier-to-Autointegration Factor (BAF) in the rat spinal dorsal horn.
