Evaluation of white matter integrity by using diffusion tensor imaging in spontaneous intracranial hypotension.

The aim is to investigate whether there is a microstructural change in the white matter pathways in patients with spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH). Additionally, the relationship between conventional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) parameters is determined.
