Both Tetramethylpyrazine (TMPZ) and Astragaloside IV (AGS-IV) can ameliorate neuronal apoptosis and neuroinflammation in CNS diseases. This study revolves around the underlying mechanism of TMPZ and AGS-IV in spinal cord injury (SCI)-associated neuropathic pain (NP).
