Bioactive glass has become an increasingly used treatment of cavitary bone defects in a number of orthopaedic applications. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical and radiographic outcomes of bioactive glass used for benign cavitary pediatric bone tumors. A specific focus was on radiographic filling of defects and occurrence of complications by tumor class.
