Laparoscopic cholecystectomy remains the gold standard for treating symptomatic cholelithiasis. There have been many modifications to achieve less postoperative pain and cosmesis by reducing the number of ports and varying placement. We aim to compare three midline port against conventional four port cholecystectomy in terms of postoperative pain and safety profile.
