Opioid-free anesthesia (OFA) provides analgesia minimizing opioids. OFA has not been evaluated in cytoreductive surgery (CRS) with or without heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy. We aim to evaluate OFA feasibility and effectiveness in CRS.
