As Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID -19) pandemic continues to surge, varied spectrum of clinical presentations keeps growing. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has recently described COVID-19 associated multisystem inflammatory syndrome in adults (MIS-A) that presents as amalgam of Kawasaki disease (KD) and toxic shock syndrome (TSS). We report a 22-year-old Indian male, with five days of fever, headache, myalgia, skin rash and one day history of lower extremity and upper abdominal pain, and vomiting. COVID-19 Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) at admission was negative.
