A 46-year-old woman with a medical history of nail-patella syndrome (NPS) presented with chronic right knee pain. Radiographic and physical examination revealed isolated medial tibiofemoral osteoarthritis and a hypoplastic laterally subluxed patella. The patient was successfully treated with a medial unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA).
