NAPS welcomed Tor Wager, Clifford Woolf, Jaris Swidrovich, Jennifer Stinson, Kirsty Bannister and Hadas Nahman-Averbuch, along with our permanent faculty members Jeffrey Mogil, Christine Chambers, Theodore Price, Jennifer Haythornthwaite, Rajesh Khanna, Yenisel Cruz-Almeida, two people with lived experience representatives and great artists Quàna Madison and Sandra Woods, two sponsor representatives Jeffrey Krajewski from Eli Lilly and Company and Hélène Beaudry from the Quebec Pain Research Network as well as 29 trainees passionate about pain research and management field. NAPS welcomed back Neil Andrews who led a brand new workshop on how to interact with journalists and led NAPS’ rebranded Science Communicators program!
As always, NAPS was filled with special moments, networking, pain science and memorable activities that could not have been possible without the support of our various funding partners, including a grant from the International Association for the Study of Pain!
