IASP Early Career Research Grants facilitate the development of young researchers starting their careers as independent investigators.
IASP Early Career Research Grants are available internationally, open to any discipline, and help facilitate the development of researchers starting their careers as independent investigators. Multiple grants of $20,000 US are awarded annually for projects lasting one year.
Applicants Must:
- Be a member of IASP
- Be within six-years of receiving a final degree or must be completing professional and specialty training
- Be initiating their career as an independent investigator (not under a senior scientist’s supervision)
- Not have been the recipient of a grant that provides support equal to or greater than the IASP Early Career Research Grant
All nominations will be reviewed based on the scientific merit of the proposed research and the investigator’s qualifications. All work must be published in an internationally refereed journal or periodical for consideration.
