Renee Chasse, PhD, is the Publications Manager at IASP, where she assists in disseminating key research in the field of pain. She graduated with her PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience from the University of Connecticut, and her thesis focused on the influence of neurogenetics on behavioral outcomes in inherited developmental disorders. She is passionate about the open accessibility of scientific research, her cat Alexis, and bridging the gap between scientists, clinicians, and those with the lived experience of pain.
