Prepare Now for IASP Funding Opportunities Opening in January 2019: Pain School, Research Grants

IASP members have a variety of research and professional development funding opportunities in January 2019. IASP Early Career Research Grants of up to US$20,000 opened in mid-December and will remain open through February 7. IASP Collaborative Research Grants of up to US$15,000 support research by pain scientists collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues in other countries; applications open January 10, 2019. Submissions to participate in the North American Pain School, scheduled for June 23-28, 2019, in Quebec City, Canada, will open January 18. In addition, developing country researchers can submit for varying grant sizes of up to $10,000 as part of the IASP Developing Countries Research Project: Initiative for Improving Pain Education, which will open for applications February 7.
