9th SARPS Congress on Pain 2020
November 1-8, 2020 9th South Asian Regional Pain Society (SARPS) Congress on Pain 2020 South Asian Regional Pain Societies (SARPS) was formed as a coordinating body of IASP chapters from member countries of SAARC nations. The organization was initiated by the joint leadership of Bangladesh Society for Study of Pain (BSSP), Indian Society for Study of Pain (ISSP) and Society for Treatment and Study of Pain (STSP), Pakistan. In subsequent year, Sri Lanka Association for the Study of Pain (SLAP) and last year Nepal Association for the Study of Pain (NASP) has joined the initiative as member. After that biannual pain festival were held in each member countries in rotation (Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka). Bangladesh Society for Study of Pain (BSSP) will host 9th SARPS Congress on Pain 2020 in November 7-8 at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Bangladesh Society for Study of Pain will also organize five days long residential ‘Learn Pain Camp’ from November 1-5, 2020.
