Abstract
Atopic Dermatitis (AD) is a multifaceted inflammatory skin disease characterized by chronic itch and Acute Itch Flare (AIF), with basophils playing pivotal roles in both. While VAMP7 (V7) mediates immune responses, its function in basophils remains undefined.
