Colleen Delaney Eubanks is a nonprofit and association management professional with more than 25 years of executive and senior leadership experience in charitable, membership, and trade organizations; Eubanks has been a Certified Association Executive since 2000.
As IASP’s Chief Executive Officer, Eubanks provides leadership, direction, and guidance to the association’s staff and is responsible for working with the IASP Council to execute IASP’s strategic direction and vision. With a strong ability to implement strategic direction, fiscal discipline, and collaborative staff management, Eubanks brings a variety of experience and expertise to the position.
From 2009 through 2017, Eubanks was a vice president of MCI USA, an association management and consulting firm. In that capacity, she served as chief executive of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association and its foundation, the American Health Quality Association, and the National Child Support Enforcement Association. In addition to her roles leading client associations, Eubanks brought her extensive expertise and passion for good governance and strategic planning to a wide variety of MCI clients, including the American Thoracic Society, ITechLaw, The ESOP Association, American Medical Student Association, Interstitial Cystitis Association, and others.
A resident of Washington, D.C., Eubanks holds a bachelor’s in business administration and English Literature from the University of San Diego (California).
