*Member rates are only available to delegates who are current and official members of IASP as recorded with the IASP office in Washington DC, USA. Membership in an IASP Chapter is not a qualification for member rates.
** Trainees who are not IASP members receive the trainee rate only if an IASP member certifies the registrant's trainee status (IASP member name and email address must be provided during the registration process).
***Refresher Course attendees must register for the Congress (either one-day or full registration) and pay a separate registration fee for each Refresher Course attended. A delegate may take up to two refresher courses (one from morning and afternoon sessions).
What Is Included in My Congress Registration Fee?
The Congress registration fee includes the registration material and bag, the abstract USB flash drive, and access to:

The accompanying guest fee includes:
- Welcome reception
- Delegate bag
- Buenos Aires City Tour (3 hours)
- Access to other Congress-organized tours (separate ticket purchase required).
Guest registration does not include access to scientific sessions or the commercial exhibit area.
You may pay for Congress registration using any of the following methods:
- Secure online credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
- Bank transfer in US dollars. Instructions and bank information are included on the online registration form, in the confirmation email you will receive, and on your invoice.
- Invoice request/purchase order: Invoices are provided to all delegates via PDF and attached to the registration confirmation email. Final payment must be performed using one of the above options.
PLEASE NOTE: NO OTHER PAYMENT METHODS CAN BE ACCEPTED.

You will receive a group allotment request form to confirm the number and type of registrations you wish to book for the general congress, special activities, and events.

Individuals not attending the Congress with a group must register via the online congress registration system.
Entry into Argentina
Do you need a visa to enter Argentina?
All participants must have a valid passport and/or an appropriate travel documents to enter Argentina. Some participants may also require a visa. Visas are the responsibility of individual delegates and must be obtained before traveling to Argentina.
All delegates are strongly encouraged to contact your local Argentine Embassy or Consulate to verify if you need a visa to enter the country.
American, Australian, and Canadian delegates in particular are urged to contact your local Argentine Embassy or Consulate to verify if you need a professional visa to enter Argentina or if you only need to pay the tourist reciprocity fee.
Visas to Argentina
All participants must have a valid passport and/or an appropriate travel document to enter Argentina. Some participants may also require a visa. Visas are the responsibility of individual delegates and must be obtained before traveling to Argentina. If you require a visa, it is strongly recommended that you apply at least three months in advance to ensure you receive your visa in time for travel. To obtain a visa application form, visit the Argentina Embassy, High Commission or Consulate nearest to you. Please verify with your travel agent. Please note that the Congress organizers and secretariat do not have the authority to act on behalf on individuals in obtaining visas.
Invitation Letters and Reciprocity Fees
Invitation letters are made available to all registered and paid delegates who require a visa to enter Argentina. Your passport information must be entered during registration online to validate the letter. Full payment is required to complete the registration process and receive an official invitation letter. Two types of invitation letters are available.
Invitation Letter for Professional Institution – Complimentary
A complimentary invitation letter can be provided if you need a letter to present at your company, institution or university. This letter will be provided in a PDF format with no notary certification. It is not valid for visa purposes.
Invitation Letter for Visa Application - $ 150.00 Fee
Argentina law requires that official visa invitation letters be certified by a notary and in turn by the Chamber of Notaries of the city. Argentina law also requires invitation letters to be issued only in Spanish. A copy of the notarized letter is sent in PDF format to the registered delegate by email. The original notarized certified letter is mailed to the registered delegate for presentation at the local Argentine consulate. An administrative fee is charged to notarize and mail original visa invitation letters.
Entry Reciprocity Fees - $100.00-$160.00 Fee dependent on country
Argentine law requires delegates from Australia, Canada, and the USA to pay a reciprocity fee to enter Argentina in addition to having a valid passport. A visa may not be required. All delegates are urged to contact your local Argentine Embassy or Consulate to verify if you need a visa to enter the country. The current reciprocity fee is $100-$160 USD depending on country of origin. This fee may be paid prior to arrival in Argentina or upon arrival at customs. Fee cannot be paid as part of congress registration.

Cancellations received by Monday, September 22, 2014 Midnight ART, will be refunded minus $125 for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.
