Group Registration

If you are registering a group of more than 10 delegates to attend the Congress, please send your request to iasp2012.reg@mci-group.com. You will receive a group allotment request form to select registrations you wish to book.

For groups requiring 10 or more rooms, a group housing contract is required. Please contact the Congress Official Housing Bureau at iasp2012.hot@mci-group.com or read the Group Housing section below for more information.

Individuals not coming to the Congress with a group must register via the online registration system.

Group Housing

August is a very busy month for visiting Milan, and booking hotels early is recommended. IASP has secured thousands of rooms in Milan for reservation by Congress delegates. We encourage you to reserve official Congress accommodations and take advantage of special rates during registration. With rooms corresponding to a wide range of needs and budgets, your group is sure to find something to meet your requirements.

The 14th World Congress on Pain is now accepting requests for group housing accommodations with separate contracts (10 rooms per night or more). Please send your request to iasp2012.hot@mci-group.com.

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability of rooms in each category is limited. Names of persons sharing rooms must be indicated by email to MCI Suisse SA. Rates apply for standard rooms; other room types like deluxe rooms, junior suites, suites, et cetera, are available upon request. All rates are in EURO (EUR), are per room, per night, and include buffet breakfast and all taxes required as of September 2011. Tax rates are subject to fluctuation. Any significant variation may lead to a retroactive increase in the specific hotel rate.

After Monday, July 16, 2012, midnight CET, only payment made by credit card will be accepted.
