Milano Convention Centre | August 27-31, 2012AccommodationsAugust is a very busy month for visiting Milan, and booking hotels early is recommended. IASP has secured thousands of rooms in Milan for Congress delegates. Due to the demand for accommodation, all accommodations must be reserved before July 2, 2012. Availability and rates cannot be guaranteed after this date. All rates are in EURO (EUR) per room, per night, and include buffet breakfast and all taxes required. Rates are subject to change. Official Congress HotelsWe encourage you to reserve official Congress accommodations and take advantage of special rates during registration. The following hotels are currently available. (Click on a column heading to sort by that criterion.)
Individual ReservationsA first-night deposit payment is required to secure the hotel booking. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed upon receipt of the first-night deposit by MCI Suisse SA, the Official Housing Bureau. This prepaid deposit will be deducted from the final hotel invoice when checking out from the hotel. Potential additional incidentals, such as mini-bar and telephone, must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out. Names of people sharing rooms must be indicated. Group HousingFor groups of 10 people or more, a group housing contract is required. Group housing contracts are optional for groups smaller than 10. Please contact MCI Suisse SA, the Official Housing Bureau at iasp2012.hot@mci-group.com for more information. For groups of fewer than 10 people, individual reservations can be made directly online via the Congress group registration form. Early ArrivalsHotel check-in time is usually 15:00. If you arrive before this time, it is likely you will not be able to gain immediate access to your room. To guarantee a room for an early arrival, you will need to preregister and pay for the previous night. Individual Accommodation Cancellation PolicyAny inquiries or requests for additional information, modifications or cancellations to room reservations should be addressed to MCI in writing (fax, post, or email). Please do not contact the hotel directly. In the event of cancellation received before July 16, 2012, deposits will be refunded less €50 for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible. In the event of late cancellations (after July 16, 2012), rooms cancelled, cancelled nights, or no-shows, MCI reserves the right to charge the full stay if the hotel room cannot be resold. A handling fee of €45 per hotel room will be charged for every hotel modification received after July 16, 2012.
