Media Guidelines for Sponsors

Media Briefings

Sponsors' press conferences or media briefings are not permitted to take place in the Milano Convention Centre. We recommend contacting one of the many hotels which are in close proximity to the venue. A list of hotels can be found under Accommodations.

Press Materials

• In any press materials, sponsors may refer to the 14th World Congress on Pain^®.
• Sponsors are permitted to use the 14th World Congress on Pain logo but not the IASP logo. Please contact the media team for a high-resolution image of the Congress logo.
• Please provide a copy of any press materials to the media team for reference purposes prior to August 22, 2012.
• Materials will be displayed in the press room on a table, separate from IASP press materials. Materials should be delivered to an Edelman staff person working in the press room.
