If you are registering a group of delegates from a company sponsoring an Associated Symposium at the Congress or having an exhibit space during the Congress, please use the Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration system.

The Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration system is intended for the primary contact of companies sponsoring the congress or having an exhibit space during the Congress. Sponsors who do not have exhibit space or do not hold a symposium package must register using the normal Congress registration system.

The primary contact person of each sponsor/exhibitor should have received a personalized password by email. If you are the primary contact person and did not receive your password, please contact the Congress Secretariat by email at iasp2010@jpdl.com to receive your password.

Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Form Highlights:

Register delegates for show floor only, symposia only and/or full Congress badges (some of which may be complimentary)
Handle hotel reservations
Manage contracted hotel sub-block(s), if applicable*
Process individual or group payments

Sponsors who do not have exhibit space, or do not hold a symposium package, must register using the normal Congress registration form.

* For groups of 10 people or more, a group housing contract is required. Please contact the Congress Secretariat at iasp2010@jpdl.com for more information. For groups of fewer than 10 people, individual reservations can be made directly online via the Sponsor/Exhibitor registration system. Group housing contracts can also be requested for groups smaller than 10.
