An interdisciplinary team lead by Patrick McGrath, PhD, and Anna Huguet Rosello, PhD, at the Centre for Research in Family Health is currently developing a distance psychosocial intervention for adolescents and young adults with recurrent headaches. This so-called Wireless Headache Intervention (WHI) will be delivered entirely via the iPhone and the computer. The team members are currently testing one of components of this program: the iPhone headache diary. This application (app) allows patients to conveniently track their headaches and provides helpful reports. For further information about the app and the study, view the WHI site at: www.crfh.ca/whi.
