IASP Online Membership Application
Welcome to IASP’s online membership application system. We
appreciate your interest in joining IASP and look forward to enrolling
you as a new member.
Enrollment Process
To begin the enrollment process, proceed to the next screen and enter
your email address. If the system finds an existing record for that
email address, it will prompt you to log in. If you have forgotten or
misplaced your username and password, contact members@iasp-pain.org for
assistance.
If your email address is not in our database, or once you have logged
in, the system will guide you through the following steps:
Step 1 – Personal Identification
Step 2 – Contact Information
Step 3 – Addresses (mailing and billing)
Step 4 – Demographic Information
Step 5 – Proxy Statement and Privacy
Step 6 – Select Member Type (and dues payment
amount)
Step 7 – SIGs and Contributions
Checkout – Choose your method of
payment. (You may pay your dues by credit card or request an invoice
for wire transfer, bank draft, or Western Union payment.)
Note: Please add members@iasp-pain.org and iaspdesk@iasp-pain.org to your
email "safe sender" list so you can receive important automated messages
from IASP Member Services regarding the status of your membership
application. You will receive your unique member number and an itemized
payment receipt for your records.
